The Role We’re looking for aFunctions & Events Manager who can lead from the front, work the floor like it’s a stage, and make magic happen behind the scenes. Running showstopping weddings, meetings, parties & private dinners like a boss Setting the vibe; from floral arrangements to floorplans Briefing, supporting, and hyping up the team before every event Keeping service smooth, standards high, and stress levels low Being the point of calm in the middle of the party storm Working closely with GMs and sales teams to bring big visions to life Managing multiple events and clients without dropping a beat Making sure everything runs safely, smoothly, and spectacularly Who You Are You’ve run big events and still come back for more You’ve got a sharp eye, steady hands, and a people-first mindset You’re just as comfortable with spreadsheets as you are with sparkles You thrive under pressure and never forget the details You know how to rally a team and keep energy high You’re a communicator, a coordinator, and a cool head in a hot kitchen Nights, weekends, and big set-ups?
