In this role, you will:
- Ensure the integrity of Financial Reporting for countries in Europe (including Israel) within the EM (Enterprise Markets) and IFP (International Family Care and Professional) segments.
- Collaborate with business leaders in Europe and Israel to drive controlled and compliant business operations.
- Optimize financial reporting processes and create value by working closely with GBS accounting teams.
- Manage end-to-end Statutory Reporting and Audit processes, including Period close, Quarter close, Group and local audits, SOX and MCV testing for European countries, and Israel, in partnership with GBS accountants.
- Lead cross-functional processes such as TEC, CCSC, and others.
- Implement global control and process initiatives in collaboration with the Global Controls team.
- Provide expert guidance to EMEA CFO organizations to ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
- Indirectly supervise approximately 20 accountants in GBS and hold overall responsibility for all transactional reporting.

- 10-12+ years of accounting experience in a global multinational environment, with team leadership experience.
- Chartered Accountant internationally recognized post-graduate accountancy qualification preferably from Big 4 firm or Equivalent.
- Experience in large consumer goods organizations, particularly in commercial aspects with major retailers.
- Strong relationship-building skills to influence outcomes with Senior Leaders and diverse teams.
- Ability to drive results through indirect teams, enhancing results reporting, processes, and controls within the global business services organization.
- Proficiency in US GAAP and IFRS, with a track record of influencing and driving change at a senior level.
