Experience:

• Provide Level 2 support by troubleshooting and resolving issues to minimise downtime and maximise performance.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides, to support knowledge sharing and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Assist in customising Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to meet specific business needs.
