Are you a 4+ year PQE Employment Solicitor who is feeling undervalued at your current law firm, looking for a new change where you would be respected for the work you do? This established law firm in the New Forest has a proven track record for success and is looking for an Employment Solicitor to join a busy Employment team handling both contentious and non-contentious matters for claimants and respondents.
You will be handling your own caseload that includes termination of employment, disputes & employment tribunal claims, discrimination, bullying & harassment at work; employment contracts, redundancy and restructuring and reorganisation. They have an ambitious strategy and a strong management team to give you the right support required to climb the career ladder. Hybrid working is offered to all staff.
Your role as a Senior Employment Solicitor will involve:
- Handling your own caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters
- Technical excellence, handling both claimant and respondent employment matters
- Being able to business develop and network, to gain new clients
- A clear career path from the outset
