Our client is looking for a 4-year PQE+ Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX-qualified Conveyancer with a strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures. A full driving licence is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Department and work independently when required.
- Provide expert conveyancing advice to clients throughout the transaction process.
- Draft, review, and finalise contracts and property-related documents.
- Assess searches and manage Land Registry applications.
- Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
