A large non-profit organisation is currently seeking an M&E Engineering Manager to join their team to work closely with suppliers and ensure that plant and policies are constantly updated and reviewed to industry standards. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the team to create and update Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedule
- Work with service providers to ensure that plant and equipment is to industry standard and the correct paperwork is in place
- Review budgets and make commercially minded decisions on services
- Respond to incidents and ensure the correct paperwork is in place and updated
- Ensure the Asset register is in place and updated
- Ensure the Asset Management Strategy is in place and updated
- Review building reports and ensure advice is taken and put in place
Experience:
- Experience working with all key M&E service providers
- Knowledge of industry standards
- Experience writing technical specifications and standards
- Able to analyse technical reports and create strategies
- Hard-working and ambitious
- A team player who thrives when working with others towards shared goals
Package:
- Up to £67,000 basic depending on experience
