What this job involves
The JLL Industrial and Logistics Tenant Rep team is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented newly qualified surveyor to join their close-knit team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in a growing and ever-expanding array of sectors with their real estate needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in market research and analysis to identify suitable properties
- Support the team in preparing property marketing materials and client presentations
- Conduct property tours and inspections
- Help maintain and update property databases and client information systems
- Collaborate with senior team members on lease negotiations and transaction management
- Proactively contribute to business development initiatives and proposal writing
- Analyse market trends and prepare reports
- Assist in coordinating with other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate or a relevant industry
- Strong interest in the industrial and logistics sector
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
