The Independent Commission for Reconciliation and Information Recovery (ICRIR) is an independent organisation that has been established to recover information about Troubles/Conflict-related deaths and serious injuries to families, victims, and survivors and to promote reconciliation.

We are recruiting an Estates Manager to be part of the new established Independent Commission for Reconciliation and Information Recovery (ICRIR). This is an exciting opportunity to help set up and shape the organisations Estates footprint. The right candidate will be keen to work in collaboration with others working across the range of disciplines with a can-do approach.
The Estates team is central to delivering the Commission’s mission successfully. The unpredictable nature of our work and the business requirements mean that we must tailor the delivery of service in each location to ensure we deliver what is needed where it is needed producing efficient operational bases within a security focussed environment. Estates delivery, IT solutions and the supporting services will be expected to deliver value for money, and remain at the core of ICLVR business. The safety and comfort of the general public will be paramount to successful delivery.
We are seeking an individual who will influence estates work within a broader team and draw together the different aspects involved in the creation of safe, supportive, compliant working environments. Reporting to the Head of Estates and IT they will work well with others and have a desire to learn. They have a track record of using their own initiative to good effect and making fact-based decisions on supporting services within the team environment. They will be self-motivated, a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
