Location: Peterborough area but field based
Salary: 29,750 + 20% bonus + company van + fuel card

I am looking to recruit an experienced Field Based Business Development Manager for the Peterborough area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients.
A target driven individual with previous direct sales experience. You will be commercially astute with great negotiation techniques. Must have good administration, organisational, and planning skills, be self-motivated and social media literate. If you are an effective communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to present confidently then we want to work with you!
Duties of the Business Development Manager:
– Develop and implement strategic plans to expand customer base and achieve sales targets
– Identify new business opportunities and partnerships face to face
