What You’ll Do Ensure regulatory, compliance and non-functional requirements are adequately considered for assigned backlog items. Implement and test assigned backlog items to high quality. Adhere to SDLC. Rapid, reliable, high quality delivery in pod. Technical decision making in pod. Estimation of backlog and roadmap items. Collaborate with and seek guidance from supporting teams. Build design system components. Build tools, templates etc that support good developer experience when building products and services. Identifying tech debt. What You’ll Bring Development background required (iOS Swift/ObjectiveC; Android Kotlin/Java). Able to understand commercial realities of delivering a profitable product to market.
