Space 8 Recruitment are looking for a Customer Service Team Manager to join our well-established client based in Coventry on a HYBRID basis. This role is easily commutable from Coventry, Kenilworth, Solihull and South Birmingham.

The Role: This role reports into the Head of Customer Services and manages a team of 7. Duties will include:
- Managing the team on a day to day basis.
- Delivering training to the team & individuals where required.
- Be the point of escalation for customer complaints.
- Coaching and employee development.
- Recruit and train new team members.
- Identify improvements that could be made and find solutions.
- Monitor and manage work-flow within the team.
- Analyse complex information.
- Monitor and report on KPIs.
