Our supporters are at the very heart of our fundraising efforts. The team responsible for data management, supporter care, and compliance plays a vital role in enabling our fundraising teams to operate effectively. We work closely with Battersea colleagues, suppliers, and agencies acting on our behalf to collect, process, and analyse data. We are committed to supporting our generous donors and customers by ensuring their contributions are recognised and celebrated through outstanding customer care. We ensure that all fundraising activities are carried out with diligence, care, and in full compliance with relevant regulations, using data-driven insights to maximise impact.
The Supporter Services Administrator is responsible for delivering excellent supporter care to existing, potential and previous supporters of Battersea, to develop relationships and maximise income for Battersea.
