Your new role is for 3 to 4 days only, and you must have a car as this is a regional role. You will join the dedicated Hertfordshire service, emphasising Family Safeguarding. You will ensure a high-quality and consistent service to families with either drug and/or alcohol-related issues engaged with Children's Services as part of the Family Safeguarding Service. The role is co-located within the family safeguarding teams of Swindon Borough Council, where recovery coordinators work within a multidisciplinary team of social workers, domestic abuse workers, and mental health specialists. Your role is to support parents of children with social services' involvement, conducting home visits as part of your responsibilities.
