This employed Mortgage Advisor job gives you the opportunity to join a dynamic mortgage brokerage based in Chatham. Our client has a good flow of quality leads which will be provided to you, with little to no need to self-generate. Clients are generated from their professional introducers including IFAs, estate agents and a long-standing book of existing clients. Their clients have good mortgage sizes, therefore you will be regularly dealing with above average mortgage cases.
You will be joining their small team of 5 consisting of Mortgage Advisors, Administrators and Compliance. To help you be an effective Mortgage Advisor, you will receive mortgage administration support post application to see the cases through to completion.
Mortgage Advisor Requirements- You need to have 2+ years’ experience advising on mortgages with CAS status
- You need to have experience within a mortgage brokerage
- You need to have CeMAP or equivalent
- Strong & clear communicator able to speak with clients at all levels
