Duties
- To actively manage the caseload of employers in your agreed sector in line with their needs
- To actively promote the breadth of the college group offer across your employer sector in line with agreed KPIs to strengthen relationships in line with stakeholder needs
- Work with curriculum partners and group recruitment personnel to ensure compliant and timely enrolment of Apprentices to relevant programmes in line with their job descriptions
- Attend external events, as appropriate, to develop stakeholder relationships and strengthen college group reputation
- Host internal events, as appropriate, to develop stakeholder relationships and strengthen college group reputation
- To actively convert opportunities from WEX placements to Apprenticeship opportunities, working with partners across teams to convert all available opportunities in line with KPIs
Skills/Experience
- Knowledge and Understanding of Apprenticeship delivery and legislation as well as their funding requirements
- Experience in engaging stakeholders & external companies
- Ability to work on own initiative, and identify tasks to be undertaken within the remit of the post
- Independent travel between sites will be required so driving licence and transport is essential
Qualifications
- Minimum GCSE Grade 4/C in English & Maths or equivalent
- Relevant Level 3 qualification
