A brand new opportunity to join an excellent Strategic Town Planning consultancy in London, offering a salary of up to £46,000 per annum plus benefits. My client provides excellent career progression, a supportive and proactive working environment, flexible working, and fantastic benefits.

- Manage Projects: Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of planning projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Support Planning Applications: Assist with the preparation, submission, and negotiation of planning applications and planning statements.
- Promote Development: Advocate for large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments through planning systems such as the Local Development Framework and Development Management System.
- Research and Site Appraisals: Conduct site evaluations, research political and demographic areas, and provide detailed analysis to inform planning decisions.
- Client and Team Collaboration: Build relationships with clients, local authorities, and consultants. Actively contribute to project teams and collaborate with senior planners to ensure project success.
