The predicted salary is between 27600 - 64400 £ per year.

A brand new opportunity to join an excellent Strategic Town Planning consultancy in London, offering a salary of up to £46,000 per annum plus benefits. My client provides excellent career progression, a supportive and proactive working environment, flexible working, and fantastic benefits.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced and dynamic team while contributing to the successful delivery of exciting, large-scale projects. If you meet the criteria and are passionate about taking your career to the next level, we would love to hear from you!

  • Manage Projects: Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of planning projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Support Planning Applications: Assist with the preparation, submission, and negotiation of planning applications and planning statements.
  • Promote Development: Advocate for large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments through planning systems such as the Local Development Framework and Development Management System.
  • Research and Site Appraisals: Conduct site evaluations, research political and demographic areas, and provide detailed analysis to inform planning decisions.
  • Client and Team Collaboration: Build relationships with clients, local authorities, and consultants. Actively contribute to project teams and collaborate with senior planners to ensure project success.
