Description We are hiring for a Store Manager to join one of our exciting New Stores based in Doncaster. We have just opened in the Frenchgate Shopping Centre and we’re on the look out for our next Store Manager. Theres an established team in place, and you will be working directly with them to help create the best customer shopping experience possible. Footasylum is a business that believes in our front-end Retail staff. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing your designated stores daily operations. You will be able to develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales and profitability, adhere to company policies, and have the ability to market programs in ways that will increase sales and enhance the customer experience. We invest in our training and development and this role will be no different. Our aim is to continue to build and create an environment where our employee can achieve, develop, and progress. About you: The successful candidate must have passion for Fashion Retail and our company ethos You will have ideally worked previously in Fashion Retail Previous managerial experience working in a fast-paced environment Experience in managing, motivating and training a team Strong verbal and written skills Be able to work in a fast-paced environment Efficient and highly organised with a customer focused attitude Have in-depth knowledge of the industry Diversity: We recognise and value the importance of diversity to help make sure we have lots of different perspectives when we are providing services to our colleagues and customers.
