Who we want to hear from

Executives with a background in search or contingent recruitment seeking a step up, with full-cycle 360 recruitment experience. Knowledge of banking and financial sectors is essential.

Successful candidates will have a proven track record in sourcing top-tier candidates, business development, networking, and building strong client relationships.

• Sourcing Excellence: Identify and attract top candidates.
• Client Engagement: Pitch to clients, build relationships, and advise on market trends.
• Market Mapping: Conduct in-depth research and identify opportunities.
• Business Development: Develop and expand industry partnerships.

Salary: up to £50,000 base
