To enable our strategic objectives, a Business Transformation program called EOS was launched in 2023 to make a step change in a vast number of critical business processes, supported by world-class digital solutions and data. To create value, a dedicated organization was created to ensure quality, efficiency, governance, visibility, and transparency. This transformation is led from the top of the organization down to every unit.
This role is part of the Regional Digital Technologies Deployment team and is responsible for deploying new Lead to Cash capabilities to the European Markets using S4 HANA and Edge systems, working in collaboration with the Centers of Excellence, Data Transformation Team, GPOs, Regional Business Teams, IT Run & Grow, and System Integrators.
What are we looking for?
- College Degree in IT
- 5+ years of experience in large-scale SAP S/4HANA deployments or transformations.
- Experience in lead to cash and physical logistics processes
- Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology, including Fit-to-Standard workshops, Business Process Redesign, and Agile Implementation.
- Experience with testing tools like Tricentis Tosca.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and ServiceNow for project management and issue tracking.
- Hands-on experience with cutover planning, data migration, UAT, and go-live strategies.
- Experience with EDI and API-based integrations with third-party applications.
- Ability to drive process standardization across multiple business units.
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment, managing multiple activities and priorities

What will be your key responsibilities?
- Develop and execute a deployment plan for Lead to Cash that is aligned with S4 Project milestones.
- Collaborate with Petcare L2C COE team to ensure a robust end-to-end solution.
- Plan and drive Fit to Standard sessions to Local Key Users for all Lead to Cash processes.
- Gather specifications for Local Tax and Regulatory Requirements.
- Coordinate SIT with System Integrator and 3rd party vendors.
- Work closely with deployment business team on UAT, resolving or escalating any L2C technical related issues.
- Plan and coordinate data migration, cutover activities, and go-live strategies.
- Ensure smooth transition from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.
- Identify and mitigate deployment risks.
- Ensure standardization of business processes.
- Drive automation and best practices in L2C.
- Ensure seamless integration with external systems such as Salesforce, Magento, and payment suppliers.
- Act as a bridge between business teams and SAP consultants.
- Support training sessions and user adoption programs.
