You will play a crucial role in supporting our business through our digital transformation process. You will work across the Technology and Digital Support teams to help onboard and support customers with our digital products. You will gain first-hand experience of our learning platforms and the customer experience driving usage, allowing you to offer feedback to enhance the product user experience. You will learn critical business skills and work cross-functionally across key areas of our business helping drive business strategy and achieve our business goals.

The ideal candidate would be someone who is entering the workforce and in possession of the following skills/attributes:

The role will be based at our London office, Carmelite House, with a blend of in-office (3 days) and homeworking (2 days) per week.
