The Role
As a pivotal member of this Legal 500-ranked department, you will play a key role in driving the team's next phase of growth, working closely with a renowned Legal 500-leading Partner and a dynamic next-generation Partner. Your work will span the full spectrum of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholders' agreements, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and private equity transactions. You'll have the opportunity to advise a diverse client base, from entrepreneurs and SMEs to financial institutions and FTSE 100 companies, ensuring a varied and intellectually stimulating caseload. While an existing client following is preferred, we also welcome candidates who can demonstrate a clear, strategic plan for driving future growth and contributing to the firm's continued success.
