We are seeking an exceptional Immigration Specialist in London who is a strategic thinker, an innovative problem-solver, and a leader in their field. As an Immigration Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing and streamlining our immigration processes to support QRT’s global talent strategy. You will work closely with HR colleagues across our global locations and collaborate with external partners to deliver robust immigration solutions tailored to the needs of our diverse workforce.

Your future role at QRT

  • Lead the end-to-end immigration process, including visa applications, renewals, and compliance with UK and international immigration laws
  • Advise on immigration strategies and policy development to support international assignments and relocations
  • Ensure timely and efficient processing of immigration-related matters
  • Collaborate with your global mobility colleagues to integrate immigration with broader talent management strategies
  • Provide strategic input and support for project initiatives related to workforce planning and mobility
  • Promote knowledge-sharing and skill development within the HR team, fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and best-in-class practices

  • Proven experience in managing immigration processes, particularly within the UK, Dubai and other key international markets
  • Strong understanding of global immigration laws and practices
  • Excellent analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and make well-informed tactical decisions in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
  • Experience using modern HR ops tools across HRIS, ticket management and automation
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex immigration concepts to a varied audience
