Our client is a leading Real Estate Investment Management firm. They are looking for an Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support the team and wider business. You will be responsible for the running of executive team support and the London office space to ensure that it is an efficient, productive and enjoyable environment.
Responsibilities:
- General office management including facilities, visitor management, scheduling meetings, booking rooms, inbound and outbound mail, organising couriers
- Supporting 4 Senior Executives
- Leading and managing all supplier management
- Maintenance of company health and safety policies
- Leading the business in preparation for events
- Oversight of marketing and branding across all platforms
- Diary management
- Travel support
- Ad-hoc support to the wider business as required
Experience required:
- Minimum 3 years experience working in a similar role
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- A team player
- Strong work ethic and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
This is a hybrid role 4 days in the West London office and 1 day working from home. Salary up to £55,000 + benefits
