EHS Solutions Partner

Now, we’re looking for an EHS Partner to join our team and make a real difference. This is not a desk-based compliance role. It’s a dynamic, hands-on position where you’ll be on-site, engaging with teams, building relationships, and driving real change. Our sites are dotted around the country so travel will be a big part of your role. You can be based anywhere in the UK and will be based from home when not on site.

What You’ll Be Doing

• As an EHS Partner, you will be the go-to person for businesses across the Glass and Global Solutions division.
• You will provide expert advice, hands-on support, and proactive guidance, helping teams navigate health, safety, and environmental challenges with confidence.
• Your role will involve:

• Partnering with business units—building strong working relationships and tailoring EHS solutions to their needs.
• Providing practical guidance—offering clear, relevant, and actionable advice to help teams manage risks effectively.
• Engaging on-site—being present in the workplace, offering support, and making EHS a real, tangible priority.
• Investigating incidents & driving improvements—helping businesses learn from challenges and implement long-term solutions.
• Collaborating across teams—working closely with leadership, operational staff, and external stakeholders to drive best practices.
• Delivering training & coaching—supporting teams in developing their EHS knowledge and confidence.
• Travelling regularly—visiting sites across the UK & Ireland to provide in-person support and build relationships.

• Have experience in EHS—formal qualifications (such as NEBOSH) are great, but a passion for safety and the ability to apply practical solutions is more important.
• Are a natural relationship-builder—you enjoy working closely with people, gaining trust, and influencing at all levels.
• Have a problem-solving mindset—you’re curious, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve processes.
• Are hands-on and visible—this isn’t a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk all day. You’ll be out on-site, engaging with teams, and making a real difference.
• Can work independently and manage your time effectively—this is an autonomous role, and you’ll be trusted to plan your work and travel based on business needs.
• Understand the importance of customer experience—you’ll be working in partnership with teams, not just enforcing rules.
