Our client is a global financial services firm looking to recruit a permanent Executive Assistant to support the Investment Banking team consisting of 7 MDs and their team members consisting of 10 junior members.
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience) + bonus and fantastic benefits. 25 days holiday. Hybrid working – 4 days working in the office and 1 from home (with every third Friday working in the office). Amazing modern offices, great culture! Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Executive Assistant duties:
- Extensive diary management for all 7 MDs, arranging both internal and external meetings, audio/video calls and producing any paperwork needed for their meetings.
- Arranging global travel arrangements, producing comprehensive travel itineraries.
- First point of contact for the team screening all calls.
- Producing and amending PowerPoint presentations.
- Proofreading and formatting documents.
- Liaising with clients and their Assistants.
- Processing expenses.
- Organising events.
- Meeting and greeting clients at reception.
- Administration duties including printing and binding presentations, photocopying and scanning.
- Opening and distributing post to the team.
- Handling confidential information.
- Providing cover for other EAs during times of annual leave.
Executive Assistant profile:
- Have previously worked as an Executive Assistant or PA supporting more than one individual.
- Have previously worked within investment banking mergers and acquisitions/M&A, private equity, corporate finance.
- Have managed very busy diaries.
- Have booked lots of international travel.
- Be used to working in a fast-paced environment.
- Be proactive with excellent organisational skills, multi-tasking and prioritising skills.
- Be calm under pressure.
- Have excellent written skills and strong attention to detail.
- Be a great team player.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Be able to work on your own initiative.
- Have good MS Office skills – Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
