What You'll be Doing:
- Check incoming remittance and record details.
- Prepare and send monthly statements to customers.
- Create online Banking Payment files, obtain authorisation of payments.
- Input data to accounting Sage 50 system.
- Check Sales/Costs information from Sales Departments.
- Collect necessary information for UK staff and Japanese expats for monthly payroll and send the information to external payroll company.
- Calculate employee’s and employer’s monthly pension contribution.
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Japanese mother tongue standard and English business level
- Accounting experience essential
- UK experience in payments preferred
- Sage 50 experience preferred
