Blackwell Earthmoving is seeking a dedicated Cost Controller to join our SZC project team. This role involves supporting our managers and wider team, assisting with daily office needs, and managing general Commercial Contract Cost Controller activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and organisational support for the Commercial Team.
- Input contract cost data, complete timesheets, and issue them to suppliers.
- Assist with and oversee:
- Data entry into the in-house Contract Data System.
- Preparation of weekly timesheets.
- Preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Document creation.
- Liaising with other site teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and document management.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
- Experience with Purchase Orders and invoice reconciliation is a plus.
