What You’ll Do: Drive Growth: Identify and qualify leads, generating new business opportunities for our sales teams. Engage Prospects: Conduct outbound calls, manage inbound inquiries, and execute targeted email campaigns. Build Relationships: Develop connections with decision-makers at enterprise and mid-market companies . Leverage Insights: Research industry trends and customer pain points to craft compelling outreach strategies. Support Sales & Marketing: Collaborate on campaigns, manage CRM updates, and assist at events & conferences. Meet & Exceed Targets: Consistently hit your monthly quotas while driving high-quality pipeline growth. What We’re Looking For: 1+ year in sales, business development, or a fast-paced sales environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) & MS Office Suite. Proactive mindset, a “can-do” attitude, and a passion for growth. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field . Understanding of sales metrics & outbound prospecting strategies (BANT, cold calling).
