2. Provide high quality day to day management for their growing team of Trainee Paraplanners.

4. Assist in building a clear training framework across the wider business to form a clear career pathway to incentivise and reward talent within the business.
5. Full responsibility for guidance, coaching, mentoring, managing daily workflow, conducting regular meetings/1-2-1s, drive change, enjoy wider management projects, recruitment, produce MI packs for meetings and work closely with other senior members across the business.
6. Will suit a Level 4 Diploma Qualified Paraplanner with evidence of Management and strong technical Paraplanning skills.
