Astute’s EPC Power team is partnering with a leading EPC Contractor within the UK Power Industry to recruit a Building Works Supervisor for their Waste to Energy facility based in Ellesmere Port. This role is a contract position for 7 months. The Building Works Supervisor role comes with a day rate from £400.00 to £450.00.
Key skills and responsibilities:
- Demonstrable experience in multi-storey fit out packages and preferably experience with the power generation industry.
- Set key milestones for the Building Services scope of works.
- Good comprehension of standards.
- Experience in passive fire protection installation.
- Supervise Between Building Services Installation and Fit out Works.
- Clear understanding of CDM regulations such as working at Height and Temporary Works.
- CSCS card.
Location, remuneration and timeframe:
- Ellesmere Port
- £400.00 - £450.00 per day
- Start date - April 2025
