We have an amazing opportunity for a creative, passionate, and dedicated individual to join our wonderful Care Home team and become part of our TLC family. At TLC, we are devoted to enhancing the lives of our residents every day through the provision of outstanding care and meaningful well-being and lifestyle activities.
As a Wellbeing and Activities Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our residents in expressing their individual interests. You will assist the wellbeing lead in planning, designing, organising, and delivering engaging, person-centred activities and lifestyle opportunities that align with residents' wishes. You will create a stimulating environment that promotes lifestyle choices, happiness, development, fun, and team engagement, all in accordance with our TLC values.
We are seeking an outgoing individual who strives to make a positive difference every day in the lives of our residents and supports a one-team approach by working collaboratively with team members, residents, and relatives. You will support the Leadership Team in our journey towards outstanding care.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role, supporting and organising activity programmes
- Excellent organisational, listening, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to work independently without supervision
