A great opportunity has arisen for a Sole Charge Credit Controller to join a company on a temp to perm basis. This is the trusted regulatory partner for leading retailers and manufacturers globally; dedicated to protecting global brands and customers through labelling compliance excellence.
The role:
- Sole charge credit control position, reporting into the Management Accountant, working in a 100% remote based team of 7, all sitting under the FC.
- The role would suit someone who is process orientated with good attention to detail, due to the wide variety of products and low value/high volume invoicing.
- Responsible for a portfolio of circa 100 retail customers, and a ledger of circa £1.7 million, this role is less about high volume chasing calls and more focused on:
- Unpicking queries
- Chasing up POs
- Chasing for overdue payments
- Managing customer relationships
Requirements:
- Available immediately or on maximum 1 week notice to start
- This role is fully remote - must be UK based with UK experience.
- Process driven and methodical approach
- Proven experience in a high volume, low value, fast paced credit control role.
- Motivation to work from home 100% remotely
- Easy going and happy to take direction from the wider finance team
- Able to work collaboratively with a remote, well-established team
- Xero and Dynamics 365 knowledge
- FMCG or large name retailers is ideal but not essential
