Shape, manage and co-ordinate the deployment of the manufacturing EHS strategy, remaining aligned to the EHS systems and processes developed cent Provide EHS leadership to enable successful delivery of the EHS KPI Scorecard in line with business goals. Lead, develop and maintain competence of colleagues through coaching and mentoring techniques to ensure compliance to regulations and our target of zero accidents and zero environmental incidents. Ensuring that the appropriate talent is in place through selection, development, management, training, mentoring, and succession planning within the EHS team and collaborate with our Union partner in the recruitment and development of the cluster Safety Rep Team Provide support and guidance to ensure effective incident management, root cause analysis and corrective action planning. Drive and own the closure of non-conformance actions through effective influencing and relationship management both internally and externally.Person Strong technical background in both Health & Safety and Environment with relevant qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, NEBOSH Diploma in Environmental Management, NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Management) PC literate (word, excel and power point are essential)l
