About our Team: This role is within the Solutions Consulting team supporting LNRS’ end to end Financial Crime and Compliance Lifecycle Management Platform - RiskNarrative. The RiskNarrative platform is a truly zero code orchestration platform revolutionising the way our customers in regulated markets globally manage the complex task of fulfilling their regulatory requirements and mitigating both AML and Fraud risk. The RiskNarrative Core Solutions Consulting team is a place for problem solvers and out of the box thinkers, a truly collaborative environment where we support each other to creatively solve our customer’s challenges and achieve excellence.
About The Role: You will join a high performing RiskNarrative Solutions Consulting team supporting UK&I and EMEA sales activity, working collaboratively with Sales on an exciting range of customer projects across a wide range of regulated markets. You must have great interpersonal and communication skills, be highly motivated with a great sense of initiative. The Solutions Consultant role within the RiskNarrative SC team will place you in a fast-paced environment, bringing a consistently varied workload, allowing lots of potential for exposure to a broad range of customer conversations at all levels, and opportunities for growth. The technology is cutting edge, and the capability is both broad and infinitely configurable, meaning that no two customer projects are the same.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for acting as the lead technical specialist for global RiskNarrative sales activity, to support commercial engagements where deep technical product knowledge is required.
- Assist sales calls remotely or face to face in qualifying opportunities and delivering product demonstrations and presentations.
- Manage Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), remote Proof of Concept (POCs) processes.
- Responsible for being the Technical Lead where required as part of detailed sales engagements.
- Answering questions from technical stakeholders on the customer side in relation to integration to, and deployment of, the RiskNarrative solution.
- Responsible for creating process maps and other technical artefacts to help articulate complex configuration and system interactions, in order to help successfully close opportunities and support successful and accurate delivery of the RiskNarrative solution.
- Some travel may be required to provide in person support for field sales initiatives regionally.
Requirements:
- Experience in Pre-Sales/Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, Customer Success or Sales role, working collaboratively with Sales Teams, understanding the full sales life cycle & processes.
- Proven experience gained within a Technology and/or Data focused organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in customer-facing contexts.
- Ability to convey technical subject matters in simple business friendly terms.
- Highly motivated self-starter, naturally pro-active with great sense of initiative.
- University or bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Demonstrable experience of working within Financial Crime and Compliance/Fraud & Identity industries.
- Proven track record of supporting solution selling related to Financial Crime and Compliance/Fraud & Identity technology platforms.
