Heritage & Conservation Technologist – London

Are you ready to be a part of exciting heritage and conservation projects? Representing my client, a renowned architectural consultancy, we’re looking for a Technologist to join their London team. You’ll work on high-profile projects at all RIBA stages, with a focus on preserving and enhancing historic buildings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about conservation, with a desire to grow in a dynamic and supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:

1. Contribute to heritage and conservation projects through all RIBA stages.
2. Collaborate with a talented team of architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
3. Assist in the technical delivery of listed building projects.
4. Provide expert advice on conservation and heritage regulations.
5. Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure project success.

What We’re Looking For:

1. A qualified Technologist with at least 2 years of experience.
2. 5+ years’ residency in the UK. (SC clearance will need to be obtained for this role).
3. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and NBS software.
4. Experience with conservation or listed building projects.
5. A passion for heritage architecture and technical problem-solving.
6. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
