Job Description The Brand Communications team enhances the brand through public relations and reputation management, while also keeping Procorians informed, inspired, and engaged via impactful internal and leadership communications programs. This role reports to the Senior Director of Brand Communications and can be based in our London or Dublin Office. As the Public Relations Manager for Europe, you’ll focus on elevating awareness of Procore across strategic European markets including the United Kingdom and Ireland. You will drive the regional public relations and content programs, connecting campaigns with product and company news to drive awareness of who Procore is and how we partner with the construction industry. What you’ll do: Oversee, strategize and execute Public Relations campaigns in Europe, including campaign and product launches, regional events, and thought leadership initiatives. Identify, build and maintain relationships with key influential media in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Proactively identify opportunities to adapt global Procore’s narratives to advance our story with earned media and regional audiences. Partner with Marketing, Product, and Revenue teams to uncover local stories, insights, and thought leadership angles to generate regular content for priority markets. Examples include media pitches, external speaking opportunities, corporate blogs, curated bylines, and press releases. Build and maintain region-specific editorial calendars. Partner with Procore’s Global Social Media team to generate and localize regional content across relevant social channels. Manage, prepare, and staff in-region media and speaking opportunities, working closely with spokespeople. What we’re looking for: 8-10 years of proven experience in driving impactful Public Relations programs, preferably with in-house and agency experience for high-growth SaaS companies. Bachelor\’s degree in communications, journalism or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent work experience. Deep understanding of the media landscape in the United Kingdom/Ireland. Proven ability to take global company narratives and apply them locally to support regional campaign efforts. Executive presence – experience acting as a trusted partner and advisor to executives, comfortable with direct open communication and coaching, discourse and critical thinking. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Naturally curious, collaborative, calculated. Strong attention to detail and copyediting skills. Results-driven with a focus on measurable impact. Builds trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels and functions. Additional Information Base Pay Range £75,200 – £103,400.
