Our client, a leading global media organization, is looking for a Digital Marketing Strategy Lead to develop innovative marketing solutions and marketing blueprints that align with business objectives and content strategy. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Commercial Content, and Customer Success teams to shape high-impact marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimise campaign packages in collaboration with the Head of Commercial Content, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Develop tailored marketing strategies for top-tier clients to drive customer retention, lifetime value, and long-term growth.
- Serve as a strategic marketing advisor, attending client meetings, delivering compelling pitches, and positioning Clarion as a trusted partner.
- Provide campaign managers with frameworks for multi-channel, performance-driven campaigns, aligning strategies with client needs and measurable KPIs.
- Develop training programmes to upskill sales and customer success teams, enhancing their marketing expertise and strategic acumen.
- Lead and host marketing conferences for the iGaming community, strengthening Clarion’s position as an industry thought leader.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in digital and performance marketing, including audience planning, digital media publishing, and reporting.
- Experience in digital agencies and business development, with a strong background in pitch writing and campaign planning.
- Exceptional consultative selling and relationship-building skills to translate client goals into actionable marketing strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong track record of analytics-based decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams.
- Client-facing experience with a consultative approach, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to lead industry conversations.
