Job Description

– Extensive experience in a previous Salesforce Solution leadership role where you have designed (or played a big role in designing) the Salesforce Enterprise Architecture. This should include exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.

– Strong Salesforce solution design experience specifically in the banking industry and the ability to work in an agile manner in order to turn around/develop solutions fast and effectively in a short period of time.

– Proven experience of working in a fast-paced environment, supporting the business in its adoption and progressing with solution design/build with sufficient control in place.

– Extensive experience in managing and developing a skilled team, supporting their development and growth.

– Skilled in Core Salesforce cloud configuration and customization (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience), declarative and programmatic Salesforce tooling, and integrating with 3rd party systems.

– Salesforce certifications in Administrator and Advanced Admin and Application Architect System Architect (Education Cloud Consultant and System Architect will be beneficial).

– Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and problem-solving skills.
