Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and checking geotechnical design packages from concept to completion
- Engaging with clients and internal teams at all stages of the design process
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
- Assessing and coordinating geotechnical testing requirements on-site
- Driving innovation and supporting the expansion of technical services alongside the Technical Director
Key Requirements:
- MSc in Geotechnical Engineering or Engineering Geology
- Chartered status (CGeol, ICE, or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in geotechnical or civil engineering
- Strong proficiency in geotechnical software and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Eurocodes and British Standards, particularly for retaining walls
- Experience working directly with clients and managing technical projects
