  • Lead global test planning, scheduling, and execution for operations functions within the overall front-to-back testing framework, ensuring timely completion of testing activities.
  • Define the test scope and resource requirements to guarantee the successful delivery of testing phases.
  • Establish and maintain effective defect management processes.
  • Supervise the preparation and validation of test data to ensure the integrity of data used in test scenarios.
  • Coordinate with programme management to ensure testing milestones align with project delivery timelines.
  • Promote the use of strong metrics and communication to highlight testing progress, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure clear traceability from requirements to test execution, with accurate documentation across all testing phases.
