To undertake assessments and reviews within specialist residential homes for adults with learning disabilities, and to undertake care planning in line with the citizen’s assessed needs.
To work within the Care Act 2014 at all times and work in a strengths based way.
To have a good level of knowledge and experience of safeguarding adults, and to undertake safeguarding enquiries and interventions. To have good knowledge of Direct Payments.
