We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering insightful data reports and dashboards using Oracle Cloud and/or Microsoft Power BI.
You will understand data, have hands-on experience, define reporting principles, rationalise reports using reporting principles, and lead and guide the development team for building those reports across Oracle Cloud ERP and Azure data platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee development, maintenance, and enhancement of data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using Oracle Cloud and/or Microsoft Power BI.
- Perform detailed data analysis on reporting requirements.
- Act as the data reporting and visualization subject matter expert, advising internal teams on best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and proactively suggest enhancements to reporting processes and analytics methodologies.
- Work on a day-to-day basis with offshore technical teams to get reports created.
- Proven experience as a Data Reporting Analyst or similar role, with strong proficiency in Oracle Cloud and/or Microsoft Power BI.
- Advanced skills in developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships and presenting data insights clearly.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying solutions and improvements.
- Oracle Cloud Reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher, FR Studio, SmartView) and/or Microsoft Power BI.
