Why This Role is Great As Product Director, you’ll take ownership of a flagship product’s full lifecycle, managing multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring successful delivery. This is a leadership role with both strategic and hands-on responsibilities. What You’ll Be Doing: Overseeing the technical development of complex instrumentation and precision equipment. Translating the product roadmap into actionable project plans. Coordinating cross-functional teams, including engineers, scientists, and project managers. Managing resources, schedules, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery. Providing strategic leadership while supporting hands-on problem-solving. Driving continuous innovation, ensuring products remain competitive and cutting-edge. Championing a collaborative and high-performance culture. About You You’ll be a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise, ready to lead high-complexity product development. Degree/MSc/PhD in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a related field. 5-10 years of product leadership experience in complex instrumentation, precision technology, or high-tech equipment. Proven track record of bringing technical products to market successfully. Strong leadership and team management skills within a multi-disciplinary environment.
