The European Sales Lead will spearhead sales strategy, execution, and management within the Retail division across the region. This role focuses on fostering strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and expanding the business while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strategic and results-driven leader with expertise in Retail, B2B sales, and a proven ability to navigate diverse and complex International markets. You will need to be based in the UK for the role and be required to travel to London, as and when the business needs. You must have experience working for a BPO AND Retail.

Duties:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company’s overarching business goals.
  • Oversee the European sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within the Retail & BPO sector, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Foster and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to refine sales strategies.
  • Deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Guide, mentor, and support the sales team to drive performance, foster continuous learning, and promote professional growth.
  • Lead negotiations and successfully close high-value deals with key clients.

Experience:

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in sales leadership, specifically in Retail and/or BPO - ESSENTIAL
  • In-depth understanding of the European Retail landscape and regulatory environment.
  • Strong business acumen and a track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and data analysis platforms.
