This role involves creating and managing authentic activities and experiences that showcase London's vibrancy, including social programming, culinary and wellness events. The manager will curate well-designed programming for onsite and offsite guests, integrating activities, classes, partnerships, and space activation to enhance guest experience and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programming Execution: Develop and execute seasonal, monthly, and weekly programming calendars, collaborating across departments to ensure seamless delivery.
- Event Management: Plan and oversee signature events and partnerships, managing vendors and evaluating success.
- Community & Networking: Build relationships with local leaders and partners to enrich the hotel's offerings and community ties.
- Training & Design Support: Manage training resources and assist in designing programming elements for various spaces.
- Continuous Improvement: Use guest feedback and performance data to refine experiences and maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years in event production, hospitality, or related project management, with a degree in Design, Marketing, PR, Operations, or Hospitality.
