We are working with an independent and well-run boutique insolvency firm that is seeking an experienced Insolvency Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of insolvency cases, including Administrations, CVLs, MVLs, CVAs and Bankruptcies

Oversee a team of insolvency professionals, ensuring that cases are progressed efficiently and effectively

Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as a point of contact and providing regular updates

Work with the senior team to identify and pursue opportunities for business development and growth

Act as a mentor and coach to junior members of the team, supporting their development and progression

At least 5 years of experience in corporate insolvency, with a track record of managing cases and teams

Strong technical knowledge of insolvency legislation and compliance requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
