The Role

We’re looking for a confident Communications Assistant eager to dive into the world of B2B comms. You’ll be supporting our team in delivering high-impact campaigns!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of integrated comms strategies for B2B clients
  • Coordinate with internal specialists to meet client KPIs and deadlines
  • Take ownership of admin tasks: agendas, contact reports, research, planning
  • Deliver campaign work under guidance from our expert teams
  • Monitor performance and help produce insightful client reports
  • Deepen your knowledge of clients’ industries and business goals
  • Get involved in shaping Definition’s own marketing efforts
  • Embrace continuous learning through internal and external training (HubSpot Academy access included!)
