Finance Business Partner

A service organisation based in Bath (hybrid working) is currently recruiting a Finance Business Partner to join their team.

Duties will include:

1. Provide data and analysis to stakeholders to help achieve targets and drive performance
2. Prepare management accounts and detailed variance analysis
3. KPI reporting and analysis
4. Translating complex data into clear insights for non-finance managers
5. Collaborate and build relationships in the wider organisation to develop strategies and goals
6. Attend senior meetings to provide analysis and commentary around financial reporting

The successful candidate will be experienced with budgeting and forecasting, be a proficient user of Excel, and be able to demonstrate excellent relationship-building skills and commercial awareness.
