Working Hours: Rotating shifts
- Morning Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Monday to Thursday), 6:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Friday)
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Monday to Thursday), 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Friday)
Total Weekly Hours: 39 hours
Pay Rates: Rotating Shift: £14.04 p/h
Pay Rise: After 12 weeks of service to £14.95 p/h

Job Overview: Our client is a leading manufacturing company based in Dewsbury and are looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to join their team as Unskilled Production Operatives on a long-term, ongoing contract. The ideal candidates will have previous production experience, although full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Packing orders and preparing products for dispatch
- Feeding machines and monitoring their operation
- Performing routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure product standards
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment on the production shop floor
- Supporting other tasks on the production line as required
Requirements:
- Previous production experience is preferred
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
