We are working with a full-service, global practice to recruit a Legal PA to join their Award-Winning firm. This role involves joining one of the top-performing and highly respected law firms in the UK.\\n\\n The role of a Legal PA is to work as part of the Practice Group Support team to provide professional and proactive support to key law professionals and Partners. You will lead the admin and junior PAs\\n\\n You will be joining a firm known for its commitment to its workforce, events, and career development plans. It is Award-winning for its employment engagement initiatives.\\n\\n Some key responsibilities:   \\n \\nClient-focused and regular meetings with stakeholders \\nDiary management \\nArranging events for stakeholders \\nSupporting case matters \\nMatter management – opening and closing case files \\nOrganising and planning meetings, arranging for necessary equipment and refreshments using the technology (on and off-site) \\nActing as a liaison point for colleagues and clients \\nSupporting and speaking with clients, dealing with queries from legal professionals \\nManagement of emails and correspondence \\nPreparing and submitting expenses \\nCreating presentation docs \\nUtilise CRM as a key business tool, including managing, updating, reporting, and researching Skills and Experience needed: \\n \\nExperience in working within a similar environment as a PA, Legal PA or Legal Secretary \\nExcellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with senior team members \\nSeeks to always provide an outstanding level of client service \\nWorks in collaboration as a team \\nGood relationship-building skills, both internal and external \\nAbility to delegate and manage own workloads \\nStrong team ethic; offer to support where necessary \\nStrong skills in Microsoft applications, including Outlook and Teams   \\n For full information about the job, the firm’s plans, and a complete set of company benefits, please apply and we will contact you.\\n\\n You can also call Joel Fletcher at Prescient Group\\n\\n If you meet the criteria above, send us your CV.
